Discovery Trail — Attraction in Twentynine Palms

Amazing rock formations. But please note that the trail (at least as I did it) was not well-marked! I took a turn where some other footsteps had clearly gone before and ended up accidentally doing the Split Rock trail instead. There were parts of that trail which were also not well marked and I could see markers like a baseball hat that other hikers had left in order to find their way back.
