Pretty good it looks like a face. Reminds me of the old man in the mountain in New Hampshire. The Hines here are quite nice and were very easy to do. Right between split rock and jumbo rocks. The best place to park is the skull rock viewing area. Remember to bring water! Would recommend at least a gallon per person if you are going in midday.

Reach Face Rock from the Skull Rock pullouts, cross the street and hike down the path. Of note you do lose the path slightly while hiking as you go along. The rock is most obvious facing the direction of Park Drive. It's the reverse of the photo attached!
