Dollar General — Attraction in Two Rivers

The manager was so rude to me and my girlfriend that we went from regular shoppers to never setting foot in a dollar general ANYWHERE Their manager was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met and every time I drive past a dollar general anywhere in the state, I will always remember him. We also purchased some expired food unknowingly and they were unwilling to do anything about it. If the store fired him or something I would come back but dozens of other people in the area told me of similar experiences of him barrating customers and other staff. They cant keep any employees because he is so mean to them. Dollar general reached out me about the issue but I don’t think they ever reprimanded him...

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a Dollar General. Manager was working alone, announced it to everyone. Snapped off at a woman and son requesting help. Another female customer spoke up for her and the manager swore at her!! Woman and son left the store. The woman was crying. Manager proceeded harassing the lady who defended the woman and son. She wasn't having his rude behavior and told him so. After she left he continued bashing and bad mouthing her to the rest of us. My family and I will not shop at that store again. Thanks for the customer service Terry. Today I made you aware that there was liquid dripping all over the egg cartons and instead of letting me state that, you cut me off mid sentence and scolded me I “should just leave it there”. How does one purchase an item if they don’t pick it up? I would rather not have broken egg or mysterious liquid all over the item I am purchasing.
