It's a relatively long hike to get out to the Waterlemon Bay beach area, but the walk is worth it if you can appreciate the scenery along the way. Once you park your car, you'll walk along the Leinster Bay trail for about 10-15 minutes, weaving in and out of the coastline, until you reach the sandy area in the crook of Waterlemon Bay. If you're not convinced, just check out the photos I've included with this review. The landscape is incredible, the wildlife is abundant (tons of hungry pelicans and egrets fishing along the shore), and the view out over the water is incredible.
