Unity Village Rose Garden & Fountains — Attraction in Unity Village

Gorgeous grounds that are immaculately maintained. I have only attended one summer semester with Unity Institute. This organization seems well organized and the staff is friendly and well intentioned. The organization has built an impressive esoteric library- one of the best in the US. The librarians are truly into their work and will support you in all of your research. I scheduled a photographer and payed $100 for a photo permit and reserved a date for my daughter’s graduation pictures. The day of our photo shoot we were told we can’t use the fountains because there is also a wedding?!?! Everyone who gets a photo permit expects to be able to take photos at the fountains. How does management allow this to occur? We are unable to reschedule and they didn’t offer any discount or refund...

Great place for a leisurely stroll around wonderful landscaping and old buildings. Our dogs love it too.

2024 edit - Now under new management, and dogs are no longer allowed in the rose garden area. New security team also acts like they're guarding Fort Knox. Very sad they've ruined a peaceful place with their aggressive paranoia. Has more of a North Korea vibe now, and not the peaceful place...
