I was looking for a puppy that I could train to be my diabetic alert dog. After doing tons of research on the type of dog that would be best for this, my family, and my line of work (teacher), I decided on a Sheepadoodle. I found a few breeders but Creek Hill Farms really stood out to me. I am so happy I went with them! I was so impressed that they do ENS training with their puppies. That is essential for puppies who are going to be service dogs. I was also impressed with how much thought and care went into choosing a stud for their Old English Sheepdog. You can tell a lot of time, love, and research went into breeding high quality puppies. You can tell their dogs are well loved and cared for.
I was so nervous about choosing the right puppy. Michelle answered all of my questions and eased all of my concerns. Michelle and her daughter helped me choose the best puppy for the job and for my job. Her daughter helped me choose the puppy that was calm, sweet, and loves children. Her puppies are well socialized, sweet, and loved.
If you are looking for a puppy, you can trust that Creek Hill Farms are honest and ethical breeders. I am so glad I did! My puppy is so calm, very goofy, loves everyone, and travels well in the car. She is training so quickly and gives my whole family such much joy! I am so thankful to Michelle...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIn conducting my due diligence, I stumbled upon Creek Hill Farm after looking all over the US for a Sheepadoodle. I reached out and left a voicemail. A short while later, Michelle returned my call, and we talked for about 30 minutes. Within minutes of speaking with her, I knew I wanted to visit these puppies. She was very nice, genuinely nice, not a salesperson - which is the last thing anyone needs or wants when getting a puppy. I visited her family farmette, where the puppies were located. She was/is a legit hobby breeder. She spoke about this being an all-hands-on family endeavor, and it showed, as the puppies were all healthy and in a clean and safe environment. My pick was Dexter or just Dex (I kept the name given to him), as it was a cool name and a great show. He was one of the last two left, and I wasn't leaving without giving her a deposit for him. Once Dex reached 8 weeks old, I scheduled to pick him up. Michelle provided updates and pictures during that time. I can not say enough great things about this experience aside from HIGHLY recommending Creek Hill Farm...
