I don't like giving bad news to hard working people . After waiting in A-line at least 20 minutes. 3 of us ordered food. We sat there and Tryed to eat it . my sandwich was a fish sandwich and it was terrible I took a bite out of it and I threw it in the trash . Then my friend had a steak sandwich and he was eating it and it was just soaked with grease he ate about half of a 1/2 . So the same guy that made our food was emptying the trash and I took it over to him and I said the food was horrible and he laughed at me. I opened it up and I said here you eat it. I love coming here for the mint chip ice cream and cones. I even like they’re running milk shakes but what threw me off was the customer service at the front. It’s like you come in, say hi, and the girl doesn’t even want to be bothered with you. And who ever that is working the grill has a whole attitude. I ordered hotdogs for the kids and by the time I got home they were wrinkly and disgusting. Needless to say they didn’t eat them. So, in the past, I've been a huge fan of Freeze and Frizz, but it was very disappointing!!! We ordered a Kids Vanilla soft serve, which was $3.70 for maybe 2 Oz of ice cream!! They should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they do and offer basically nothing. I got a $7.75 sundae, and an 8oz cup was barely filled halfway with all whipped cream.
