Jeff answered the call and tell me what issue it could be and he tell me how the process worked - diagnosis, fix, payment etc. I dropped the minn kota trolling motor next day, and filled a form with information like issues etc. Next day i got a call from Jeff - it's solved. I went to the store, Jeff showed me what the issue is, and explained how the issue is fixed, in detail. Also he spent time answering my questions like how the thing should be maintained. Hands down! Went for Minn Kota motor repair and had a great experience. Most importantly, he took the time to walk me through what had most likely caused the issues in the first place and how to avoid them in the future. The education was worth the visit alone and the friendly service will absolutely have me visiting again next time I need service on the motor AND in future for outdoor gear in general.
