Upton House of Pizza — Restaurant in Upton

Not a big fan AT ALL about the customer experience with Upton House of Pizza... We don't go here often, and it's not because we dislike the food, or because it's inconvenient, because it's less than a mile down the road and the food is edible, but EVERY SINGLE SOLITARY TIME we order something, we're told it will take 30 minutes, and it's well over an hour. We've gotten wrong orders. We order delivery and pay the delivery fee for a reason. On one occasion SPECIFICALLY asked "When will we have the food? We have to be somewhere in an hour." The owner said "30 minutes." He took our cc number and we waited OVER AN HOUR. Needless to say we missed our appointment only to get our food late which was cold. The food isn't worth the hassle...really. It'd be one thing if they tried to somehow redeem...

Rude and not understanding on phone order. At pickup cashiers mother was eating lunch at table and I was not recognized as customer. Between them both they could not figure out what I had ordered in order to charge me….they repeatedly opened and closed the boxes trying to figure it out…sniffing and trying….I finally paid w CC and upon exiting the delivery boy comes back and says I didn’t pay enough….apparently I was undercharged for the calzone because it wasn’t identified correctly. Instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience they said I owed them $3! I know this sounds hilarious but you can’t make this stuff up! At the end of the day I’m just so sad by what America...

Food was very good. I got chicken wings, an Italian sub and a ham and cheese sub. The sub rolls were fresh and soft.veggies on subs tasted fresh. However the service was absolutely terrible. We walked in and were not even greeted by the three employees staring at us. We then ordered our food and the employee asking us questions was very soft spoken and hard to understand. We got the order to go and waited at a table while they prepared it which was filthy and Made me happy i ordered to go. Finally our food was done and they didn't even tell us. We waited five or so minutes before getting our food. We payed and left. We got no thank you, or even a goodbye. Good food,...
