When real life is sooo much better than your IG squares could ever show ❤️ Have you ever had an arch to yourself at golden hour? Funny enough, it’s not too hard to do! I woke up at 6 am. Got to the trail by 715 and had the entire place to myself. 📍 Corona arch! I’ve seen a lotta of y’all have explored here already, but for those that haven’t here ya go! Trail deets & how to avoid the crowds: 🌵 Obvi go early. The earlier the better. A pair of photographers was just leaving as I arrived at the arch. Then no one else came for an hour. Hiii dreams 👋🏼 🌵 there’s 3 arches on this hike. Go to Corona arch first! It’s the most popular, so check it off right away. 🌵 On the way back from Corona arch stop at bowtie & pinto arches. 🌵 4ish miles and 7-800 ft gain if you see all the arches 🌵 Dogs allowed! Keep them leashed. Please do not be one of the people I saw dragging their exhausted pup up the trail at noon in midday heat. If you wouldn’t do it in a fur coat, don’t make your dogs either. 🌵 Restroom at trailhead 🌵 always clean up after yourself. @leavenotraceorg 👏🏼 I was so impressed to see NO litter on this trail. Keep up the good work folks. Every arch I had to myself for as long as I wanted. It was truly magical. One of my favorite hikes to date. I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it. Desert hiking is unlike anything else… The only place I can explore for the first time, yet it feels like an old friend. Vast. Safe. Free. A warm & comforting hug, that’s what desert hiking feels like. ❤️ #coronaarch #exploremoab #moabutah #findmeoutside #solohikers #soloadventure #girlswhoexplore #desertvibes #wearestillwild #shehikes #roamingwomen #desertlove

Woke up early in the morning before the heat of the day and drove here from Moab, only 15 min. I was the first one there, large parking lot. Beautiful scenery, the 2 trails, one going to Corona Arch, and the 2nd breaks off going to Pinto Arch. The trails are marked with forest green paint on the slick rock, but most of it is faded and worn away, but there's enough to get you to both arches. I went to Pinto Arch.

This was a great alternate/additional hike to the more popular Corona Arch. This arch is very secluded and gets much less foot traffic than Corona. From Pinto Arch you can see anyone approaching from a long distance. The seclusion and visibility is great when sharing time with your partner.

Nifty little hole in the wall. I don’t know where the water comes from but stuff grows around it. It would be unfortunate to be walking or driving on the top and then fall through. You might survive. It just adds even more to the cool hike to Corona Arch.

Much less crowded than Corona Arch, but that’s because it simply isn’t as cool. I personally think you might as well take the extra 30 mins to go see it if you have time, but the Corona Arch is much better in terms of how it looks.

A nice arch easily seen from the road if you can't, or don't want, to make the hike. We would have gone all the way if it hadn't been for the storm, the trail looked easy enough for as far as we could see.
