Nice place to go boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. We entered from the West end of Duchesne. It was $10 at a toll booth to enter for the day. There are restrooms that are clean, small pavilions ("cabanas") that you can reserve, washing stations, and even a small concessions stand (and office). The beach is man-made there and has sand and small pebbles. There were cool floating docks out in the lake which made for a fun destination for the kids to race to. A big shade tree is there on that beach too. There is a launching ramp and a courtesy dock that you can use for 15 minutes without a reservation.

I love Starvation Reservoir! The water is clean, relatively warm, and the state park is kept pretty clean. We were there on the 4th of July and it was a total zoo, but it's not always like that. Unfortunately, there are always some jokers who don't know boating etiquette, but for the most part, everybody else there is nice and respectful. I would definitely plan on going any other day except the 4th of July.

Fishing was a little slow but Dang! This was a good one. 2 of my grandsons did team effort to get this one . Campground was awesome and half the price of the lake side place across the road. Stayed there before also but not worth twice the price. Will definitely come back to here.

Starvation has a very large reservoir and well kept restrooms. There is a boat landing for large motor crafts, and additional locations for personalized watercraft, like kayaks and stand up paddle boards.

The water is a gorgeous aqua blue, and there are amazing public beaches with pavilions and bathrooms. Generous camping areas, and some surprise entertainment like the tight ropes for those willing to test their balancing skills.

Starvation is known for its trout, walleye, small mouth bass, and other fish species. If you are, in the birds of prey, you will see very large Osprey and Eagles, if you keep your...

The reservoir is absolutely amazing. The water is warm and beautiful. There are lots of DNR officers on site to make sure there are absolutely no rules or laws broken. They have a large play area for kids with inflatables and it is very family-oriented. Just make sure to have your boat fully up to code with all the proper safety equipment including a whistle and a square flotation device or you might get rushed by the DNR, like I did, and not able to launch your boat until you get a...
