Vadnais Snail Lakes Regional Park Trail — Attraction in Vadnais Heights

This lake is the reason I have lived in this area for 28 years. You can walk the trail around to the east side of the lake, then stop and listen. You don't hear traffic, sirens, etc. What you will hear is nature at its best. I love the sights and sounds around this lake. The sunsets will take your breath away. This area in my eyes is a little piece of paradise. Reminds me of the lake I grew up on. Don't forget to bring your fishing pole. How relaxing it is to get your line wet while watching the ducks on the lake. You may even take dinner home with you. This is truly a don't miss spot. Once you find this spot I can almost guarantee you'll be back. But, please keep our parks clean....

Great and beautiful place for walking/biking trail the between twin lakes. We can hear the very beautiful nature sound. I love the sights and sounds around this lake. My stars are irrelevant because I tried to go Dec '21 and there's a gate on this road to the parking lot that was locked. You can't park on the road or anywhere close (at least not close enough for a mom with a toddler and an infant and a bunch of snow and ice everywhere). No signage about why or when it's locked.
