This lake is the reason I have lived in this area for 28 years. You can walk the trail around to the east side of the lake, then stop and listen. You don't hear traffic, sirens, etc. What you will hear is nature at its best. I love the sights and sounds around this lake. The sunsets will take your breath away. This area in my eyes is a little piece of paradise. Reminds me of the lake I grew up on. Don't forget to bring your fishing pole. How relaxing it is to get your line wet while watching the ducks on the lake. You may even take dinner home with you. This is truly a don't miss spot. Once you find this spot I can almost guarantee you'll be back. But, please keep our parks clean....
