This store refused to make my online order, even though I had already paid for it.
I placed a breakfast order through the app and paid for it at 10:50AM. Breakfast is supposed to be available until 11:00AM, and the app allowed me to place a breakfast order 10 minutes prior to that. I arrived to pick up my order at 11:02AM and was told that I could not receive my order — that I had already been charged for — because I didn't arrive to pick it up before 11:00AM. I explained that the order was placed 10 minutes before 11:00AM, so that doesn't explain why they didn't make my order. He insisted that because I didn't PICK UP my order by 11:00AM, they wouldn't be fulfilling my order.
When I asked him to make an exception because my order was placed during breakfast hours, the manager then LIED to me and told me that they were unable to complete my order after 11, even though I could see that the order was pending completion in their system. He told me that they threw out all the breakfast food at 11:00AM (2 minutes earlier) and thus had no more breakfast food in the restaurant. I point out that this is obviously BS because most of the ingredients in my order were ingredients they use in other food items for lunch/dinner and would still have readily available. The only ingredients from my order that are exclusive to breakfast are the eggs and the frozen hashbrowns. Obviously they would still have frozen hashbrowns and eggs in the store at 11:02AM as they will be using them the next morning. If they change work stations or whatever at 11, they could just go grab what they needed to complete my order and do so. Still, the manager insisted that he no longer had the ingredients for any breakfast items and was incapable of preparing breakfast food after 11:00AM.
In the end, the manager decided that some stupid policy about not paring any breakfast food after 11AM was more important than completing the order that had already been placed and paid for prior to 11AM. And this was going to be his white whale that he would not budge on. Absolutely horrendous,...
Read moreNormally don't have any issues with this location, but they really dropped the ball this time. I ordered online through the app, one thing I ordered was cheesy feista potatoes with no sour cream and extra nacho cheese. They put sour cream on it still and barely put ANY cheese sauce on it.... and they didn't even provide silverware. I also ordered 2 cantina quesadillas with no quac and extra cheese sauce for both. They did not give the extra cheese sauce for either. Also requested firesauce in the app and didn't get a single sauce packet. I called the store when I got home and was told they would remake the order if I came back. When I got there they wanted to just remake the feista potatoes. I told them that they said on the phone they would remake the whole order. So of course they requested the old food back. I didn't want to wait for them to remake the whole order just to not get anything extra for having to drive all the way back so they could fix THEIR mistake. When I got home with the remade feista potatoes, they once again didn't provide silverware and their wasn't even extra cheese as requested. If someone takes your money and doesn't provide the item their selling that's considered theft. Thanks for stealing from me...
Read moreThis Taco Bell is on my way home so I have stopped here many times. Usually the service is great occasionally I've had an issue with the Crunchwrap Supreme having a rancid taste. The corn tostada I think sometimes goes off I've had this problem at other Taco Bells too. However usually they just replace it or I get something else not a huge deal though come on Taco Bell you can keep your tostadas from going rancid it's not a pleasant flavor. However tonight I came back and the person at the window was friendly but some other random lady interjected into the conversation where she was not needed or wanted and was very antagonistic and rude. I was surprised because usually this particular Taco Bell has good service. I just ended up ordering a crispy Cantina chicken taco instead. However I'm going to attach a photo of what the chicken taco looks like. This is not what I have come to expect from Taco Bell and wonder if it was because I complain. Honestly all I want is the food that I order that does not taste rancid and I don't have some random lady with attitude in the speaker and then get a crushed up Taco as a replacement.
