Over the last week I have been to this nail salon numerous times to have my nails fixed . The problem that I've been having is the nail color keeps chipping off of my nails. I have been getting my nails done for a very long time now and have never had this problem with any nail salon I've ever went to. I got my nails done on Wednesday which is a week ago today it was a fill from my nails getting done from them originally. Within a day I was back there getting my nails fixed because the Polish was chipping so I was there that Thursday and then again that Friday for them to fix my nails because it kept chipping. I work a full-time job I do not have time to be in a nail salon every single day getting my nails fixed once I get my nails done I don't expect to see you for two weeks. So after Friday I was out of town all weekend I come back I work all day Monday and Tuesday I do not have time to go get my nails fixed I come back today Wednesday a week later and my nails are still messed up. I call her today to tell her I am coming in and explain who I am and what I need done so when I get there and ask for a new color because I don't think this color is staying on my nails and I want to try a new one she explains to me that I need to pay for the gel. The staff member who helped with my appointment and seating was unprofessional and very impatient when I was trying to decide what I wanted. When I mentioned that her tone felt rough, she defended herself instead of correcting her behavior and spoke in a different language, which made me very uncomfortable. The $60 dollars nail service itself was also subpar. My nails were left uneven, and even after pointing it out, they weren't corrected properly. The polish application was ridiculous—uneven with missing spots on the sides and so thick at the back that it looked messy. Even after all this, I still gave them a tip, but now I have to go somewhere else to have my nails fixed. Read moreI've gone to CeCe nails for several years always making an appointment. Many times arriving and waiting 10 minutes or so for the nail tech to finish a prior client. I called to let my nail tech know I MIGHT be 5 minutes late but was in route. I arrived 5 minutes early to find out that the manager had her start on someone else. 40 minutes later I left. There is a reason why appointments are made. Unfortunately they don't seem to understand that concept. I will not return.
