I always start to the right of the parking lot at the bottom of the trail. You get the steep incline first and the easy part of the walk at the end. My tip is to keep to the left at all times. Read moreBeautiful! Flat wooded path for a more casual hike.. we take our dogs and they love it! Bluffs, cave openings, thick woods and peace. The other path is much steeper and more of a cardio workout, hilly and challenging, but the scenery looking out is fabulous! Best of both....
