Playa de Vega in Vega Baja is wonderful, calm seas, cristal clear, very clean, amenities, umbrella rentals etc. I even saw a lifeguard go out to the water to help out a family with a handicapped person several times and she was always very gracious! It is a great place for families with children. My kids love it, family I’ve taken there also love it. Read moreGreat beach! Awesome for kids the water is literally crystal clear and very small waves so great for swimming. The bathrooms were clean and so close to th beach however they did close the bathrooms right at 5 5:30 so try to plan around that. There are outdoor showers accessible even when bathrooms are closed which is very helpful. Also there is good food walking distance and there was a little shop right on the beach with ice , hats and floaties. We payed 4$ for parking....
