I will start off by saying I know you have to run a business, but when you have customers that need help. To me those customers come first. You do not come out yelling at your employees for helping a customer fix a product that they had purchased from your establishment. You do not use profanity in front of your customers and say that there are other customers waiting on things. You do not make comments about how the product when your customer believes there is. The customer is always right even when you think they are wrong. Treat your customers and most of all your employees with respect. Both of those people are an important part of your company. Customers bring you money and employees keep the customers happy. You have to control your emotions especially if you have a higher position. You are suppose to represent your company at all times. Read moreWe came in to buy a bed frame. Ended up getting a new bed. The sells lady told us several time over and kept reassuring us that the first 3 months were interest free! We were all on board! And on top of that she took off $500 because we got the show room floor mattress so instead of $2000 it would only cost $1500! What a deal! But it was a LIE. The way they finance the bed is you have 3 months to completely pay it off and if you dont they charge the "full" price. By full I mean they are charging us a whopping $3000 for a bed that was marked for $2000 and we were told was only $1500. This place is ran by liars and con artists and they deserve to rot in hell for taking advantage of people.
