Ok... Let me be honest here, they have many sections of seats, WHY The owners don't spend some money in this place? For respect to the costumer and because themselves.
For example: just clean at least every 2 months windows, and have a spare of curtains, to be able to wash the ones are already there in the entrance, they look TERRIBLE! clean the very Dusty Windows, I think they never clean inside or outside, the wood work in the ceiling, and the fans are very Dusty as well, try to do it AT LEAST every month, they don't need to close the whole restaurant, clean by sections,! they have many other rooms... Shampoo the carpets every six months, by sections as well, some sections smell like pee, and you can smell as well the humidity... but if the OWNERS Think it's going to be expensive, change the nasty carpets for wood floor,! easy to keeping clean! or do it same as the place where the food is. The very first impression from outside is VERY BAD, VERY DIRTY! ... CAN YOU IMAGINE THE KITCHEN?🤯🤯🤯
How peopl think they have the kitchen super clean and not outside? PROBABLY THE KITCHEN LOOKS THE SAME AS OUTSIDE I don't even want to know!
They have many people there as costumers! Show respect for their money they spend there, show some appreciation... Why they have the sign that says: don't waste food take what you want to eat...? Well sometimes is not because people waste, it's because the food is not that good, for example: salmon it's very dry, and is not because it have been there out, it's because they overcooked... They are not that great, but people go where they see many people, and they think is good place... Why spend your money in some business that don't appreciate you? It's time to make them be beyond excellent, do it with EXCELLENCE... If they do this I bet, they will be #1 FOR REAL They will be always full... Good service is not always enough... People to serve there need tips, but it doesn't mean the place or food is great
People, don't be content with CHEAP SERVICE, CLEANNESS,...
Read moreThis is going to be a long review strap in. The waiter was fantastic, hands down the best part of the experience. The food was hit or miss for me, and the guest i brought my guest will write his review, and then I'll follow with my full review. The atmosphere is good, and the service is great, but the food is a bit lacking. The chicken feels as though it was sitting over a lamp for at least 2 hours. While the sesame and orange chicken were enjoyable in taste, they felt fairly tough to chew. The noodles i got were also flavorlessThe mini shrimps and the rangoons were good, I will give that credit. Now, onto my review. The rib i had was fairly good by buffet standard. The waht I can only assume is a flank steak or another thin cut beef was fairly tough. I did not finish it. The sausage tasted cheap and greasy. I ate a couple of pieces but did not enjoy it at all. The rolls, both plain and the little sugar ones, were as good as they've always been one of the few consistencies that stays. The desserts were good, though. THE BATHROOM i haven't been this disappointed in a bathroom in a long time the pictures pretty much speak for themselves but just incase you don't wanna see the images one of the sinks had a yellowing rag hanging from the sink pipe i didn't notice this at first but when reviewing the pictures I discovered this atrocitie. The urinals were particularly clean but not clean enough. Just a quick wipe there was visible green corrosion that should be cleanable. I was not happy about that, and as im leaving, I saw graffiti on the door. I know that it can be annoying to clean, but it should be done regardless. I hope the business owners see this and take action because at 13.99, a person I expected a cleaner bathroom regardless of how long they've been open or the fact...
Read moreWent for lunch at 12:30. Food that was supposed to be hot - was not! The "bus boy/waiter" was very rude! Evidently, he thought my Daughter & I were a couple and he chose to mostly ignore the used dishes at our table. When he finally brought over the bill, he stood there waiting for me to get my funds out. I gave him $30 expecting to get a 5 & change. Nope - he intended on keeping it by walking to his station and laying the 5 on his ledge. When I asked for my change, he grudgingly dug crumbled five 1$ bills out of his pocket and literally threw them on the table. (Normally, with decent service I always leave at least 5$ tip - as a customer that is my choice to do so. Not the server!) As he was throwing the 1's on the table, he demanded! his "tip". We were eating our desert and not ready to exit yet. He stood in front of our booth and demanded his tip a couple more times. At that point, daughter & I both agreed - Nope - not going to happen. He ACTUALLY followed us out of the dining room, loudly demanding his "tip". Daughter said it's on the table! We left 3 (three) pennies because only a skunk leaves a cent, the third penny was to show we did not appreciate being...
