We enjoyed our first visit to this amazing property on October 4th and highly recommend Grand Chain Winery and Due South Restaurant to others! Seriously impressed by the scenic location overlooking the Ohio River, the winery up on the hill with its carefully curated decor (it's so beautiful!!), the warm and welcoming staff, and a fine BBQ dinner on the backed screened deck (so well thought out!) at their restaurant - Due South. Seriously - people need to drive away a little from the Southern Illinois Wine Trail (it's only another half hour south) and experience something truly unique...
