DO NOT GO TO THIS POOL. STATE QUALITY STANDARD went DOWN and going to this park you will not be able to get a locker without ID and the Park pass is not sufficient enough. The last time I went there the bathrooms were atrocious and dirty. This is from a 60 year old married woman who is a AMERICAN CITIZEN. Don’t make a mistake and leave your stuff around when in the pol. QUALITY STANDARD went down. . They said this rule is across the board. I told them people will be watching at the pool. I can’t say anything for the water but I would be wary of that as well. N.Y STATE may be not here. The cruelty of N.Y state is so observed and I’ll never shut up until it’s returned. Nothing can be taken from me and I don’t have to anything I don’t want to and SAXTON WOODS pool you lost $5.00. Any AMERICAN would agree with this conflict and would not go off on me for taking my beach chair and smashing in the picnic table. I just put the money back in my bank account. This is normal AMERICAN behavior so keep watching me like you watch and I’m doing all the time as well. I am trusted to battle....
Read moreI went on a Sunday, and I got there pretty late around 2:30, the lot was full and they were directing people to park elsewhere, but when I pulled up they actually decided to let a few cars in. So luckily I didnt have to take the shuttle, which would have been inconvenient. I dont have a season pass yet, so I paid the $15 to get in, but you can get a pass made there before 4pm and then its much cheaper to get in. They only accept cash. The pool and surrounding area are kept clean. Even the bathrooms were clean. There were a lot of children and a spash park area and also some lanes designated for laps. So I enjoyed my day there, I would come back, and its so much cheaper then joining a private pool so its...
Read moreDue to COVID-19 you only can swim from 11-2 AND 3-6 I learned that if you want to be able to spend the whole day there you can go at 11-2 then before you leave prepay for the 3-6 session From 2-3 the POOL IS CLOSED FOR DISINFECTING.
A young man with a clipboard stopped me on line and asked if I would fill out my information as a way to track COVID-19 if in fact someone was to come up positive; I quickly filled it out as I would like to be informed. I heard some people declining their information. It ONLY asks for name, email and phone number. Since everyone has at least one email address that's all you have to give them if you aren't comfortable with anyone knowing your name or phone number which by the way means nothing with all the technologies we have today.
Staff is courteous, helpful and patient. The concession stand food was very good and way better than Tibbetts Brook Park Pool (not cheap, but most times cheap is quality )and the lifeguards were great at their job dealing...
