Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy — Local services in Town/Village of Harrison

I've been coming to this Ivy Rehab facility off and on for about ten years now. Yes, I said ten years... What can I say? I'm kinda accident prone... I've been seen before and after two back surgeries on my lower back, for a strained piriformis muscle, and now for my neck after a bad car accident.

Everytime I've been here all of the physcial therapists, physical therapy assisstants, and the front desk ladies have been extremely helpful, understanding, friendly, and all around amazing.

I am currently working with Althea. I was in pretty bad shape with my neck injury when I started. I had been at another PT place not related to Ivy Rehab and after two months they actually made my injury worse. I was in a lot of pain when I first started working with Althea. After about two months of PT 3 times a week, I am feeling a lot better! Still not completely back to normal yet, but I don't believe I would have made this much progress had I gone anywhere else for physical therapy. Everyone at the facility has been amazing. Very welcoming! Everyone always has a smile on and they are very attentive throughout the treatment. They all deserve 5 stars! A recent MRI, based on pain and numbness in my left arm, showed significant Degenerative Arthritis of my Cervical Spine. My primary care doctor prescribed physical therapy at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy.

I made an immediate appointment and was told thatI would be seen and cared for by the Director of the practice. I met with Debbie and we reviewed my MRI results. She promised me that I would get better with the program she designed for my specific needs.

To date I've had 5 sessions and I am feeling positive results. My game plan incorparates more than 12 different physical moves each day I am there. I also was given PT do at home to gain better results than just the 3 or so days I visit Ivy Rehab.

I've given Ivy Rehab 5 stars because they know exactly what to do and how to do it to benefit my needs. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.

Hats off to all the fabulous staff and their dedication and know how in treating me and all of the other clients I see when I am there.

If I could have given Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy 10 Stars I would have.

BEWARE OF THIS BILLING DEPARTMENT I left a glowing review for my Ivy Rehab location in Brooklyn, but the corporate office is a problem. It’s been two months since I was promised a refund from overpayment. The billing department says they credited a card that was on file, a card that months prior (per an email exchange) I told my location was no longer valid and I provided my bank info instead. When I first reached out about the refund to the corporate office I reiterated they should send a check and not attempt to refund the card. Not only have they been giving me the run around, claiming I now need to follow up with the card company (which I did and when they requested a transaction ID from IvyRehab to prove a payment was sent, IvyRehab has been unable to provide one and keeps sending me a ledger showing payments I made to the company as opposed to an actual transaction ID that could be tracked by the card company if they did what they claimed they did). Anyways, I now need to file a case with the Better Business Bureau. This company owes me almost $200 and I will not refer people to them further until they...
