One of the best parks in Loudoun. It’s now much easier to get to from points east with the various construction and engineering projects they’ve done along Route 7 and such. Located just a bit outside of Purcellville, the park offers trails, fishing, an excellent disc golf course that’s around 2 miles walking, several other sporting areas like the tennis/pickle ball courts, hockey rink, pool, baseball/softball fields, soccer/lacrosse fields, and horseshoes, several pavilions throughout, equestrian paths, and the Franklin Park Arts Center, which was home to the first East Coast Bob Ross art exhibit/display. One can spend a few hours or a day here with the various activities.
