Lake Manassas — Attraction in Virginia

My best friend Freddy would be very disappointed if he were alive. He owned that lake as far as fishing goes, nobody was better! I remember the 2 braggin' boards in the small shed where you could rent a boat, 1 was for everybody, the other one was just for Freddy!, Freddy caught so many big fish, that he had a board all to him self!! Legend has it that Freddy was actually half largemouth bass and half man....

It seems as though fishing here is equivalent to trying to get gold out of fort knox.Really sad that the rich landowners have taken the joy of fishing this gem away from the public.Many other smaller private lakes in this area have created a terrible fishing expieriance for anyone...
