I’m really having a hard time giving Jubilee a honest review as I just want it to myself. It has gotten more crowded over the years and I just want to give it a bad review to hopefully keep some people away:)

Jubilee is an Oregon treasure! So beautiful and peaceful when not busy. The road in can be very ruff especially later in the summer season. It can and does get loud and obnoxious people but honestly what camp ground doesn’t.

The hike around the lake is just long enough to keep a lot of people from doing it and is perfect for the little ones. There are lots of places to stop, rest and take in the sights. Fishing is usually great just make sure you get up early to get a good spot as a lot of people are up there to fish.

If you go to Jubilee Lake please pick up after yourself! That’s my only problem up there! A lot of people leave trash EVERYWHERE! Even our 6 and 4 year old thinks it’s ridiculous that so many adults can’t and don’t pick up after themselves!

Our favorite place to camp hands down. The trail is a good 4 miles around the lake, it's scenic and an easy walk (even for 2 small children). Boat access and along coast it's easy access for canoes, kayaks and floating inner tubes.

In the far side of the lake, there is a rope swing. So much fun!

Camp grounds are well maintained, there is an assortment of camp ground sizes, and some restrooms have indoor plumbing!

During the recent bad air conditions (stemming from summer fires) we headed here for an escape and it was perfect. Completely clear and...

Beautiful lake, however getting to the lake via dusty roads, dusty trees, dusty atmosphere for miles...is dangerous for anyone; especially for people who have asthma, COPD, and/or breathing problems. We had to leave the windows up due to the dust from the gravel roads...which did not stop the dust from entering the inside of our vehicle. The pine trees along both sides of the gravel roads the entire trip were so covered with dust... they were not Green...they were covered in ash-like thick powered dust. A real dissapointment and...

Great place in the off season for camping and a small hike. Becomes very busy during the peak season then it’s not so much fun. So plan ahead and hope to get a spot. Rumor is that summer of 2021 you have to reserve a spot? Usually there’s good fishing depending on how many people are splashing around. Lately you have to bring your own TP and water.

Great place to kayak. Went up early and had the whole lake to myself. Was cold, misty and windy so the fly fishing was not on par to what it normally is. Still had an amazing time and even with the wind still caught some trout. Nothing beats being out on the water with the bald eagles and ospreys.
