First off let me start by saying this place is a complete joke that's is why I stopped going..I use to get my nails done here when they first opened..U went about 6 times..the nail tech was awesome..but what made me sthedop was I called to make an appointment I as told about a booking fee.. which I had no problem..but here's the okeydoke the $40.00 or $35.00 didn't go towards my service..so fast forward 2 years later..I stopped in cause my nail tech called off..so I went to one place they hurt my fingers..so I was like let me go to this place..I should have followed my mind when the guy with the long hair was hesitant about the price..he said $40-$50.00 I was fine with that so many red flags where there but I needed my nails done so I was like mucked it..I soaked off the powder by one guy and another one did them..red flag number 20..I had to keep telling him no cut down already cut by the first guy then I told him I want black powder he goes and comes back and says no black so i see him anout to use white now other tech in the salon sees and hear the frustration in.mt voice ans on my face. So the gal says you didn't want powder I said yes he said you had no blk. So some guy brings him blk..red flag number 2000.. as he doing my nails he's ruff...he put the powder I says it doesn't look the same..he nodes and says yes yes yes .red flags a over the fields .long story short..my nails look like poop.streaks in nail bubbles and they had the freaking nerve to be $62.00..for a poop job..the guy sitting in front was like let me fix..he began to pick up a nail file dude it's not the filling it's the powder. Not completely over the nails..I leave out everyone I showed was like you can see your white in your nails..so HELL2THENAW BOBBY I will no leave a tip or recommend...
Read moreI went for a fill in for my pedicure today an in all my years of going to nail salons. It never took 5 people to do my nails. 3 were rude and 1 out of the 3 kept laughing. Another which was an older lady kept telling me I was wrong an she couldn’t fix my nails. When I asked for a certain person to do my toes bc he did them last time everybody looked at me like I was crazy an they was talking about me in they language. Lastly the fourth person who was working on my French tip frustrated me so bad I just told him to take it off an I’ll go. Another man stepped in and fixed it but I still didn’t like it. My big toes were thick and not to my liking but I was so frustrated I just wanted to go. I was there for 3 hours for just my toes. Then he kept telling me don’t write a bad review don’t write a bad review an we are sorry. That should’ve never happened to me an that was unprofessional. He gave me 5$ back, I payed 72$ an my service was terrible and my toes once again I didn’t like. Don’t let nobody make you feel bad for speaking up for yourself. If they mess up YOUR NAILS say something it’s ridiculous how I had to go thru...
Read moreMy review isn't so much about the salon as much as the woman who did my nails. Salon is clean and if your into nail art they are pretty good (except last time I went for a French and the guy was trying to do my whole white tip with a nail art brush until I told him how to do a French with white polish and nail polish remover and a brush). This visit was Older lady with tattoos. Went in for a manicure and 1. Cold water no soap or anything in the bowl...2. when she was filing off my shellac with the electric drill she drill EVERY ONE of my cuticles 3. Then cut all my cuticles so low that I was bleeding 4. No apology or anything just dropped some liquid on where I was bleeding 5. Painted my nails and sent me to dry then told me my total. No massage, no lotion...I was charged $40 and got a massacre of a color change...
I also don't like how the "add ons" (with the exception of paraffin) raise the cost of a pedicure (3 options each with more things included) when most of those "upgrade" services are standard everywhere else...
