Taco Bell — Restaurant in Warren

This is the update from the review I did a year ago. Just went to this location yesterday to get a couple of boxes as well as a few odds and in tacos for the kids and three drinks. They say they were out of products and so they didn't have any boxes to put the food in that was supposed to come in the box combos. When I ask the lady about the boxes she act like I was taking up all her time and gave a sigh, huffed and smacked her lips all at the same time. Then with the attitude she told me that they were low on products and gave me a look as if I could have came with a better question. So all of my food was in a larger brown bag stacked on top of one another and pretty much mushed down when they closed the bag. See, we already had reservations about this location because of how the food was when we got it last time. This time just iced the cake. Not only did they not have boxes but they didn't have cup holders and so I had to carry all three drinks out separately... and ..I know this seems petty but it's a fast food restaurant and they're supposed to have their products in stock at all times, js. And because all of their rappers for the tacos and the burritos and the chalupas are pretty much the same there's no identifying marks to show of any difference besides slightly heightened or darkened colors of letters, I literally had to search through the bag to make sure everything was in there. Upon arriving home and beginning to eat, my husband... found a chicken bone.... in his taco.😐 Taco Bell doesn't serve chicken on bones! It wasn't even attached to a piece of chicken. It was just a splintered piece of a chicken bone like you would see on the thinner of a flat bone. He found this one poking into the side of the wrapper out of the chalupa. He hesitated with the last 2 he had whether or not to eat them. When he did at the end of the burrito he found another piece of chicken bone and grissel in the meat.

We are completely and totally done with Taco Bell. I'll learn to make this shi* on my own and it'll be 10x's better! 👋🏽✌🏽 If you want tacos just do it yourself. I will also be calling corporate I don't need somebody to give me their...

So I have visited several times to this Taco Bell recently. I am new to the area, but this is the closest Taco Bell to my new house. The customers have to order at a touchscreen computer when you come in and multiple times when I’ve been there there are two computers have only been one so the line is extremely long inside the restaurant Not only have I seen lots of people ask if they could order at the counter but every single time I’ve seen that happen with various staff members. They’ve all been rude to the customers and they’ve all declined to assist referring them back to the computer hanging on the wall. I can’t even begin to tell you how unwelcome it is to walk into our fast food restaurant and the employees don’t even acknowledge you until it’s time to pick up your stuff at the counter like a door dasher whether you’re eating in or dining out, you’re completely ignored. When I was there the other day, they had no silverware in the entire restaurant. Nobody was taking orders, but the computer so if you ordered some thing that needs silverware like the fiesta potatoes, you had to leave with them in your hand and take them home or wherever you were going because there’s no silverware to eat them or you have to eat them with your fingers, had somebody even taking the order they could’ve said we don’t have any silverware and we would’ve changed our order because we were eating in the restaurant and I don’t carry spare silverware in my purse. Lol 😂 it cost me and my husband $27-$30 to eat dinner there to be completely ignored by the staff to not have fire sauce to not have silverware to not have mild sauce and to get treated like we were bothering...

Upon my arrival inside of this Taco Bell I since and observed negative energy and activity coming from the young black boys and girls who I believe spit in my food and were all suspiciously running back and forth to the back of the fast food restaurant and peeping 👀 back and forth at my cap and facial features, and then I noticed a red Chrysler 300 with black tented windows pulled up and a fat black young woman gets out along with her little daughter and I noticed how she and one of the young black boys were suspiciously whispering to each other and glancing back and forth over at me and at one point she walked over to the soda machine and looked over at me cap and facial features while one of the other young female girls set over across from me to the right side of me faking like she was taking a break with her cellphone 📱 in her hand and I noticed how she kept looking 👀 over at my facial features along with the other young males and females and obviously though they were looking 👀 at some photos and/or discriptions facial recognition on some thing in the back of the restaurant. I will never eat at that Taco Bell again nor at any other Taco Bell in the state of Michigan. These young people working inside of this Taco Bell stinks...
