I had an excellent experience with Seth a few weeks back. I see their flagpoles at a ton of our clients homes. Very nice and sturdy. I was recommended by my boss to give Rocket Enterprise a call and was very impressed by the professionalism of Seth.

I was looking for a POW/MIA flag to go on my Grandfather’s flagpole. I gave Rocket Enterprise a call and had a nice chat with Seth about what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us what we needed. Within a few painless minutes, I had the flag ordered and paid for! The whole process was easy and quick. Seth was even kind enough to allow the military discount for my Grandfather. (He would have gone to get it but he’s frail and in a motorized chair, probably seen him zipping around Warren like he owns the damn place ;) ) It was very kind of Seth to extend that offer on behalf of my Grandfather’s service. Very much appreciated!

I can’t recommend this company enough. The flag is of nice quality and my Grandfather loved it. Ol’ Nam vet, Purple Heart recipient. He’s a bit of a BAMF. He was very happy. For me, that’s what it’s all about.

Highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a flagpole for their home or business! Chuck was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me plan the perfect location within our landscape. His team even created a rendering so we could visualize different pole heights in relation to the surrounding trees and scenery. Initially, I was considering a 25' pole, but Chuck recommended a 30', and I’m so glad I took his advice—it was absolutely the right choice!

I also can’t say enough good things about the installation crew. Andrew and Mike handled the project with great care, knowing there were underground electrical wires in the area. They took the time to dig carefully, ensuring everything was placed precisely. The flagpole and flags look fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the service and craftsmanship.

I have used contractors for 40 years and have been in business for 50 years I have never seen a company that is this professional! Their communications are right on point, their employees are courteous and professional and actually know what they are doing. From the first call to Kyle Gignac to the installation crew of Kevin and Andrew, to the flag making lady who’s name escapes me at present their level of knowledge and excellent work ethic is to be commended. If You are considering buying a flag pole this is definitely the place to go. They delivered and installed 225 miles from their location without any crying or complaining, We were absolutely pleased with every facet of this deal.
