Brand new to the area (7 months) very nice clean great service they provided snacks and water along with great service I did a walk in and I had to wait about 10 mins which was fine she was finishing up another young lady hair as her assistant divided my hair I provided I got bohemian knotless braids, middle of the back length I had two lovely young ladies braiding my hair, which made the time go by fast. She started my hair at 2:45 and I was out the chair at 5:50. This place is going to get popular very soon and there is only two chairs in the suite so book your appointments now you will not be disappointed. I love my hair and everyone else does too. PS I love the fact that she asked and made sure my middle part was correct that’s very important. And not to mention I was in the chair for only a short time but the lady next to me braided THREE other customers hair yes very fast neat and amazing they are very patient and friendly THE PRICE...

My communication with Elizabeth from the beginning was great. She was very responsive and clearly communicated her pricing, hair I needed to buy (I got knotless goddess and needed to buy the curly hair but she supplies the braiding hair) and the desired style. I had high hopes for my visit, and Elizabeth exceeded my expectations. Elizabeth was very gentle and listened to my wishes for not a lot of tension. She asked that I call her before I headed over, which I did. I arrived at 8:15 am and she was already prepared with the hair laid out (color was a perfect match) and ready to work. I can’t say enough great things about BraidingLand! I called last minute, right as the store was about to close, desperately needing a crochet style. To my surprise, the owner didn’t just agree to help—she reopened the store just for me. That alone speaks volumes about her incredible customer service!

When I arrived, she went above and beyond. She took down my sew-in, detangled, washed, and blow-dried my hair—all before starting the crochet style. She worked with such skill and efficiency, finishing everything in under three hours. My hair turned out absolutely perfect!

This was hands down one of the best hair experiences I’ve ever had. Not only is her work flawless, but her kindness and dedication are unmatched. I promised to book an appointment next time, but I’m so grateful for the way she accommodated me. BraidingLand is my new go-to spot!...
