We're talking about soul food, but it doesn’t feel like a soul food spot. We need a Diamond-level space where people enjoy the vibe—just like Diamond Hawkins would. Diamond loved places that were peaceful, artistic, and full of natural energy—a place that calms the spirit.

We know the County vibe, but let’s be real—what does that look like right now? The floors are sticky. Maybe my kids want to sit and eat on the floor instead of at the tables. Maybe I want to sit on the floor with them. I’m just saying.

This deli is a typical "dump" deli. Its unsanitary, they touch your food with their bare hands. Worst deli in gaithersburg, current owners blow. Go to Wow deli or even Ziggy deli they are both a couple minutes from the diamond deli and both are way better in providing quality food. Diamond deli's food is overpriced. They skimp you on meat and their customer service is non-existent.
