Beautiful park. Well kept jogging/walking trails all around the park. Park has a picnic areas, soccer fields, tennis courts playground and clean bathrooms. Across the street is the Covington Aquatic Center. Usually when my son is at swim practice or swim meets I jog at the park. I do know in the summer they show family friendly movies at night but I haven't been to one yet.

A great place to swim or exercise- would have given 5 stars but the facility is aging and it need to be updated, also getting cramped -it needs to be larger to accommodate a growing community. Still a wonderful pool with lessons and water exercise classes, a fun place for children too!

Hands down the BEST youth sports organization in this area. Covington Parks and Rec is very organized and professional and has been for several years. My son has played several sports for years and we have always been pleased with Covington on every level. Covington Community Park's field is the most perfect grass field around. All the facilities used for indoor and outdoor sports have been good. Referees have been fantastic. Curtis, the director, is great at his job, helpful, present, approachable and does a lot of work to constantly improve communications, picture day, etc. My son has also done sports through i9, Gridiron, City of Kent and Valor due to wanting to play during a different time of year or me missing the sign up date and having to try a new league. Covington was by far much better than City of Kent rec basketball. I recommend Covington sports to a lot of families because I really feel like it's very well organized and...

Upon arrival, and entering the pool area it was hot 🥵. They needed to turn on some forced air or something. The water temperature was just right though. The locker/dressing rooms could use some innovative updates and refurbishment. Especially the floors and shower 🚿 area. The floors are made out of stone concrete and hurt your feet 👣. There is no privacy changing areas, you change amongst whoever is in the dressing/shower rooms. Even the lobby was sweltering 🥵.

Other than that, it was alright. The prices are reasonable and there are life...

The Covington Pool is so much fun for my kids! It's $8 per person no matter what age, unlike the YMCA. The locker room and pool are clean, there is plenty of room for spectators to watch their family, the staff is young and friendly, there are areas for free swim and lanes for laps, there is a diving board that plunges you into a 12' deep pool, there is also a separate play swim area for deep swimming. My kids absolutely love it here, and I highly recommend anyone go try it out, I promise you won't be...
