Located next to Glacier Peak resort, we drove but could have walked but it was a hot day, you drive/walk past the vineyards. Inside, the tasting room is cozy and homey lovingly decorated by Lisa. There are tables for outside tasting as well.
The wine tasting flights were very reasonably priced, then afterwards we enjoyed a glass of wine and chatted with Lisa who made us feel like family. Her son, trained in winemaking and who worked for a French master winemaker make the wine.
The wines based mostly on the grapes grown on the land had a unique, slightly earthy, peppery, smoky flavor along with the berry notes.
Wine was very reasonably priced and could be purchased at the tasting room or the Glacier Peak resort office and bar.
The winery is a great stop before or after a North Cascade National Park hike and makes a stay at Glacier Peak Resort (camping, RV, cabins) even more fun. The resort offers showers for $5 even if you are not staying there, in case you want to take a shower after your hike and before the wine tasting. Showers are not required for wine...

I even have proof of a paycheck they sent me that bounced and they swear that none of their checks has ever bounced. As for the wine it is very high-priced for the quality of the wine unfiltered there for the clarity is...
Read moreWe stopped in, really looking forward to an enjoyable wine tasting. We entered the tasting room and stated we wished to do the tasting inside as it was very warm outside. The lady behind counter sort of curled her lip and did not offer a welcome or a seat. We agreed to sit outside. She then poured two tastings into eight plastic cups with the name of the wines written in the sides. The cups are obviously reused as the hand writing is worn off of half then cups. We split the contents of the plastic cups We proceeded to taste the wine. All of the wines were very acidic / think vinegar. We could not finish the whites. One star for...
