I recently visited Howe Farm County Park and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed.
The park is beautiful and well-maintained.
The dog park was one of the coolest I've ever seen.
The dense forest trail provided a unique and exciting experience for both myself and my furry friend.
It was a great opportunity for my dog to explore new sights and smells, and we both enjoyed walking through the trees.
In addition to the forest trail, the dog park also had a big field where the dogs could run around.
The size of the park was also impressive - there was plenty of space for all the dogs to play without feeling cramped or crowded.
I would highly recommend Howe Farm County Park to anyone looking for a great dog park experience.
The combination of the forest trail and big field make it a unique and exciting destination that is sure to please both dogs and their owners. Five...
Read moreOur dog loves this dog park! The other dogs are friendly and they all play together in a giant herd. There are walking trails, too! The park is smaller and the woods are set in the corner, but the trails are made so that you can loop around the trails and still feel you had a good walk (they all intertwine). There is a big field in the rest of the park where all of the dogs play and the owners are really friendly well. We made a few new friends the last time we went! In the corner where you walk in, there is a large water station with a big trash can for doggy bags to be disposed of. There are other water stations (water jugs and doggy bowls) located throughout the park along with several doggy bag stations with mitts in case your pet poops.
The best part about this park is that everyone cleans up after their dogs, so there is very, very little poop laying around for...
Read moreI love this park. It has a ton of open space and also has a bit of wooded trails all of which is fenced in. Bowls of water and benches are available throughout the park.
1.) Pick up after your dog, or you are a P.O.S.
**The rest of us put in the effort to help keep this place clean and if one of us catches you leaving your dog's poo behind, we will smear it on every door handle on your car.
2.) Let your dog off leash in the enclosed area before opening the second gate.
**Leashed dogs and unleashed dogs do NOT get along and if your dog is on a leash in this park, it will be YOUR fault if your dog gets into a spat with another dog who is off-leash. It's just not safe. Go to a park with leashes required (i.e. virtually all of them except this one) if that's your desire.
Follow those two rules and you will find everyone at this park to be pleasant...
