Light House Espresso — Restaurant in Washington

Coffee is not good. Service was fine, though. Got a drink that an old friend of mine used to get all the time that used to be delicious a couple years ago but it was real bad 🫣 and definitely burnt. On my way home I reallly tried to drink it because I HATE wasting money on food/drink, especially coffee. Ultimately I couldn’t stomach it and returned to get a different drink thinking that maybe it was just the drink I ordered that was so bad. Second drink was definitely better than the first one but it was just watery and bitter with a whole lot of caramel sauce to try and cover it up. I wish I had just asked for my money back to get a coffee somewhere else because I didnt drink the second coffee either. I am leaving a 3 starr because today i went there and the gal who made my drink didnt make it right i told her and she seemed to be Irritated that i sent it back, i asked for a 16 and she made me a 20 without adjusting the shots or sugar... she remade it and while handing me my money back and punch cards she still seemed Annoyed... its not my fualt she didnt make it right but what a way to act to a paying customer, the second drink was not even good either and i tossed it makes me want to give away my gift card and find a new place to get coffe and to he clear this was the first bad experince...

Been going to the lighthouse forever and it’s always VERY pleasant, but my girlfriend and I just left there after being COMPLETELY IGNORED by the new girl in training, yes I know what it’s like to be new but this girl was VERY rude and dismissive, on top of the AWFUL customer service from her she handed our drink to us dripping and overflowing which has never happened before.
