Mark did it again, just like the first review below last month. After three hours on the phone with both Dell and Netgear trying to resolve difficulties setting up a new router with my printer, he was able to remotely access my computer and solve a rather complex problem in 20 minutes. This just reinforces my recommendation that Mark is the person you want working on your system.
Mark is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his resolution of computer issues. My PC was severely infected and he was able to resolve all of the problems in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. He provided further service remotely once the computer was back in my home by solving a problem in 10 minutes that Apple was unable to fix with two hours of their customer support. Best Buy said that it was not the charging cable, and I would need to let them send it off to Kentucky for service. It would take 2 weeks....which I did not have the time to wait that long. He diagnosed it, helped fill the forms for Renter's Insurance claim I needed, got me the information I needed in a timely fashion, and was always good with keeping me updated on the progress of things. My computer came back even better than it had before the surge happened.
