Ohme Gardens in Wenatchee, Washington. This was a beautiful surprise, especially considering the cheap entrance fee. Note there are steps and various terrain to navigate, but a great stop to add to your itinerary for sure! This sylvan treasure is located on a high point above the Columbia River, with sweeping views of the river, Wenatchee and surrounding communities. Stone paths meander through rugged stone outcroppings in airy semi arid fir forest. Landscaped pools and waterfalls abound. This is a county park; admission is charged. I paid 8 bucks. Hiking poles are provided. It's billy goat country, plan for a bit of climbing. To truly appreciate the place, plan to spend a half day. It's about a 15 minute cruise from Wenatchee city center. Available for weddings and gatherings, it has somewhat primitive but beautiful banquet facilities. It looks like turf under high traffic areas for gatherings are re-sodded as needed.

Ohme Gardens Park is a small oasis with lots to see! I was expecting more signage and educational information, and it would have been nice to have water fountains throughout the park for guest use. (Side note - it was 105°+ on the day we were there in mid-July, which made the experience a little difficult to enjoy). If the weather was better, we could've spent more time exploring the park. The park is mostly made up of stone pathways that lead you through various ponds and views. There are stone benches throughout the park where you can stop and enjoy the view. We saw some birds, a lizard, and lots of goldfish.

Amazing Beautiful Garden /Event Center -Beyond Lovely. Whether it's a quiet stroll or a wedding your planning, this is a consummately beautiful location. Like every beautiful park,or even hikes, you've ever been to, somehow transformed into one remarkable, fantastical, fairy& gnome-esque green oasis in the middle of Wenatchee! Definitely an excellent choice for having a summer wedding, reunion or almost anything else one could think of. If I lived in Wenatchee, this would be a regular location for a serene, exquisite, get- away from the driving traffic of life.

UNBELIEVABLE! I fell in love with this gem. High up in the hills, this green garden oasis is filled with charm, resting places and peaceful energy. Stone paths wind up and down through the acreage leading to ponds, waterfalls, nooks and benches carved in stone and lush landscaping. Lots of photo opps and you’ll want to capture the views of the valley and mountains. I visited in May; temperatures were ideal and pleasant. Paths very manageable with children who are comfortable with stairs (no wheels).
