It’s a beautiful park that’s well maintained. The beach is clean, they use a beach comber rake machine. During the week it’s pretty empty and the restrooms are very clean and have charging ports. On weekends there are more people and restrooms may need more attention which is understandable. Animals are not allowed on the beach portion. The bike trail has an air compressor to fill your tires. Been to the place many times. If you're camping you have access to the lake as well which is awesome. Many sites are tucked into spaces covered with trees on both sides and other spaces are much bigger for groups. But you miss out on most of the shade so pop up canopies...
