My fiancĂ© and I have been taking our dog here since she was a pup. We have been with Puppy Pirates for over a year now. I have never been so amazed with the customer service provided by this company. They truly care about your dogs and treat each dog as their own. Each staff member is knowledgeable on every dog. Every time we drop off our fur baby, we are greeted by nothing but smiling faces and the excitement from the staff. The memory each member has is incredible. They truly take the time to get to know each dog and family. We have done overnight boarding a couple times as well and we know that our baby is being taken care of by the staff. Our dog loves it there. My fiancĂ© and I have had to come up with code words for the phrase âPuppy Piratesâ because if you say the words âPuppy Piratesâ itâs game over, you either take her right then and there or she will not leave you alone. I would just like to specially thank Mike, Nick, Eileen, Chelsea, and many more for your care and love for our baby Millie. Anyone looking to take your dog here, please do. I could go on and on...
Read moreWe took our 18 month old golden retriever, Wilson, to Puppy Pirates just two days ago for the first time. He came home exhausted because of all of the fun he had. Upon taking him to Lowe's with me yesterday he barked and whined when we passed Puppy Pirates because he wanted to go there so badly so I felt like I had to take him for his second day. When we pulled in this morning he did it again, barked and whined with his tail going crazy and could not wait to get out of the car and pulled me to the door. I LOVE this place. Melissa at the front desk is AWESOME and very knowledgeable. She reassured me that he would not be left in a cage/kennel for hours which my biggest concern and he was not. The owner was amazing and also reassured me that Wilson would have a good time while there. I have zero complaints and I am so glad I decided to take him there. You will not regret it, he had...
Read moreFour families hearts almost shattered today around 10am as four dogs ran out the front door and across M59 traffic! I stopped ON 59 with my hazards on to try and slow or stop traffic. I got out of my truck with my hands waving as a semi and others came to a squealing stop or slowed down. My daughter got out also with others trying to retrieve the four dogs running back and forth across five lanes of heavy traffic. Frustrating to know that not one of the employees left the parking lot to help! I put my own life in jeopardy hoping this wouldnât have a horrific outcome! I would definitely want to know if this had happened if I had entrusted these people to take care of and protect my âfamily memberâ! That clearly wasnât the case today! Why werenât these dogs in a secure area? Completely inexcusable and...
