I had my baby shower here and I've attended birthday parties here. For smaller groups the inside space works really well. The pond is beautiful and there are always ducks and geese around. I haven't gotten the chance to use the fire pit area but I would love to. It looks really cool. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the cost seems high to me and because there is massive amounts of goose...

This is a really nice Pavillion that has a small hall connected. It is right off a nice pond. I came from Texas to come to my cousin's baby shower and love the location and Pavillion. I enjoyed the view and cool breeze since it's burning up in texas. Hehe There is a bathroom inside and sink to clean up. I would recommend this location to...

$250 deposit down for the hall. Not big enough for a party of 30 or more... Batbrooms and a small kitchen! Opportunity for having a fire and pond access ;) (pond is more for the view and feeding ducks) haha not swimming.. OH AND the police station is right around the corner if you need any legal...
