It is rare, in this day and age, to have an experience with a merchant that exceeds one's expectations to the degree that C&M Computers does. I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad from Matt over a year ago. It has out-performed every other computer I have owned, both in speed and ease of use. The price was eminently reasonable and Matt was able to transfer all the required information from my old computer while I waited. I shared my concern with Matt regarding service and problems which inevitably arise, especially with persons such as myself, whose technological expertise is rather limited. He explained that he could solve most of the problems remotely without my having to deliver the unit to him. And, I am happy to say, he has done so on many occasions free of charge. Twice it was necessary to bring the computer to the shop for adjustments. Again, Matt immediately addressed the problem and fixed the unit at once, gratis. Matt provided me with excellent customer service and solved a web usability issue related to navigating a website to accomplish an important task that I was unable to remedy for days. Matt was able to determine the cause and rectified the problem in minutes. He explained the problem and the repair steps in easy-to-understand language. The pricing was reasonable as with the other services offered by C&M Computers. I will definitely be doing more business with C&M Computers especially as advancing computer technology and many other fields of technology will continue to impact and change the landscape of life for years to come particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and quantum computing. Recently rebuilt my computer after having issues with it, after a week or two of stressful troubleshooting and swapping parts I found out my CPU was bad. Fast forward months later, I ran across issues again with all brand new hardware and was at my wits end so I decided to give C & M a try. Brought my PC to Matt on Monday to diagnose it and by Tuesday he had figured out what was wrong with it (which was indeed another bad CPU). He explained to me in detail all the steps he took and even showed me the tests he did. Many places would charge just to diagnose your PC but Matt did this all for FREE.
