Paradise Pizza — Restaurant in Watertown

My favorite pizza place in the area. I wrote a great review a while ago, but I thought I should give an updated one. Currently eating as I write this. Ordered $80 worth of food, and was disappointed. We order from you guys a LOT and expect better. The pizza was okay, not as crispy and great as usual. The garlic bread was literally just bread with butter and cheese, like I don't even think it was toasted which is usually my favorite thing to order. And I ordered boneless wings, got bone in, called and felt a little rushed on the phone but the guy was still super nice, but they did send me boneless wings!!!! We absolutely love you guys and will continue to order, but please, even in a rush please continue to take care of the customer and put out your best food/products. I work in food service too, I get it gets busy on Friday nights, but don't let that take away from your quality! Please don't rush the food. We don't care how long it takes to get here as long as it's made right. You will still get our business but I wanted to give an honest review because the hot af is my favorite pizza ever and you should OWN that food you put out!! Make it your best everytime you put it out! My husband has done work for you guys, and we've been ordering from here for years. I know yall got this!!

I ordered shrimp Alfredo and spinach pizza a couple days ago for my mother, while I wasn't home. They send the wrong pizza; they sent chicken Alfredo and spinach pizza instead. I had to call them, while I wasn't home, and inform them of their mistake. They ask to give me a discount, but I said no my mother doesn't eat chicken and this pizza is for her. So they asked if the pizza was touched and I said I'm not entirely sure because I'm not at home, but im pretty sure it isn't because my mother doesn't like chicken. They said when they get their with the correct pizza to give them the incorrect pizza.

I dont understand why they would want the pizza back when it was already in my mother's possession, especially with covid still being a thing. Apparently my brother ended up eating some, so they just gave us the pizza.

I checked my bank account today and see I was charged more than what I ordered and I believe its due to the fact that the pizza weren't exchanged so they charged me extra for their mistake without telling me.

I will not be ordering from here again because this is the second or third time they messed up my order and the fact that they CHARGED ME EXTRA for their constant mistake...

Okay, so call this update me realizing what crow tastes like. Pretty good actually! After being a bit frustrated with the wait time and inconsistency at the 'other' go to Pizza place in Watertown, we decided to give Paradise another go after a 2 year sabbatical. Here's what I learned:

The food here is good, like really good. Since our return we've been back 4 times for everything from pizza to grinders to salads, and have been nothing less than ecstatic with the product, price and turnaround time. Sometimes I get attached to the 'other' places not because they are better, but more because they are 'other'. If you run the price/wait time/satisfaction algorithm 10 times, this place will finish on top 9 times. I love pizza, so much.

Bottom line, if you have the option to wait twice as long and pay 15% more for a product that is just as a good, and you take that option...you might understand the nature of insanity. Opt for here, and wallow...
