Cannonball Concretions Pullout — Attraction in Watford City

There are a few cannon ball concretions of you just stop and look around. But if you want to see more and better examples all the rangers. Tell them you saw the few from the pull out here but you wanted to see some more. They have some secret spots that they only tell you about if you ask.

There are about 6 or 8 good examples at this pull out and a few more of you do part of the hike but the good ones are by ranger only😁

My son and I visit here a few times a month when it's warm or decent. This spot in Theo Park is our favorite in particular. We actually climbed up what someone had called "ship rock" and have had a picnic a couple times. If you love climbing and exploring this is one of the best spots.
