There is typically plenty of parking at this trailhead and it has a vault toilet. If you ride west from here, Defiance is about 2 miles away--there's several bar & grills just off the trail there. Several wineries are a bit farther down, but I'm unsure of the mileage. As for nature, you get to see some swampy areas, small caves in rock wall, and you'll cross a creek.
