Delta County Parks — Attraction in Wells Township

The nature and the scenery along the water's edge are what gives this area it's Beauty. However, the packed in camping folks doing nothing but sitting around drinking, encouraging it to the younger kids and people around them, don't make this a very pleasant place to be when there's too many people. If you've ever been to a NASCAR track, you'll know what I'm talking about. There's things you can't unsee, And there is stupid that will poison your mind when people like this try to give you their opinion. I wish there was a filter on which type of people were allowed to do things at campgrounds. Some people feel like camping gives them a license to do whatever they want and be as disgusting as they can...

First off for me average is 3 stars and I think this park is average. We stopped for the night at the end of September. The park was very empty so we had lots of space. The campsite they put us on was huge, all grass that we could pull through. No complaints and I'd certainly stay here again. It's probably pretty busy during the peak season. Love this campground, good pricing for full service, they always give us a good site when I call for reservation, clean, quite, safe area. Large shade pines, alongside Lk MI bay shoreline.
