We bought a mattress and it is much firmer than the original mattress we looked at. I spoke with Nick and he stated he didn't want to call Joe, an owner of the company with our complaint bc Nick didn't want to bother Joe with a complaint that was not a life or death question, not an important question and Nick stated Joe would more than likely deny our complaint because it has been more than 20 days since our purchase.
