Went on a Tuesday and had a great midday hike! Did the large 10 mile loop starting at the parking lot by the pond, into the Wickaboxet loop, and then back around the pond. There was almost no one there when I went so the trails were practically empty. Encountered a lot of fallen trees along the trails. There were also a lot of areas with ferns or bushes growing over the trail that you have to walk through. No mosquitos, wasps, bees, or other annoying bugs when I went. Got to see some cool flora and fauna which was awesome! Very well marked trails too.

Great place to hike. Trails are well kept and theres plenty of parking. We didn't even see any irresponsibly rude people letting their dogs run amok. How odd and rare for RI! But then there are hunters nearby so maybe that's why there were no unleashed dogs.

Great spot for a walk, fish, or just hang out and enjoy the beautiful nature around. Driving through the nice winding roads making getting to this pond even more enjoyable. Definitely a spot that I recommend to all. Peaceful.

Didn't even know this place was right near our house! We did part of the Loggers loop I think it is called on the opposite side of the road from the pond. Very nice hike, we didn't have a lot of time to explore so we will be back for more! Lots of parking, a composting toilet, and tons of...
