The view from the overlook is always pretty great, especially in the winter when there are less leaves on the trees. It is perfectly positioned at the bend in the river to see a long ways up-stream. Lots of signs tell you not to go past them...people die every so often from disregarding them which is why they have hidden cameras all over. Please dont be stupid amd put yourself at risk. Also, there was a bit of litter from toilet paper so it would probably be nice if there was a porta potty ar the parking area. Use the Burger King down the hill before your trip if you like. I still enjoy this park...
