DREAMWERKS AUTO — Attraction in West Middlesex

I know this is a family business, and I care about them as people. However my experience as a customer matters and i would want to warn someone.. the wait times here are nuts. Everyone knows it. I figured I would deal with the wait to get my car fixed. My mini coop was at this place for 4 months. When he finally said i could pick it up I paid around $700 because he said it was fixed. Well it wasn't. When i drove it home, i barely made it. The check engine light was still on. Then I discovered one of the headlights wasn't working! BOTH headlights were working when i took it there to the shop. So I returned the car to dreamwerks and he could not figure out why the headlight wasn't working. Once again, I barely made it home as the car is misfiring. I am now going to have to have it towed to another shop, I'm out the money I gave him, and my car is worse than when I took it to dreamwerks in the first place. I would NEVER recommend this...

Terrible business. Called in April to make an appointment and was told to bring it in may. Could barely drive the car cause it constantly went into limp mode. Drop the vehicle off on the date I was told. Josh and some desk attendant said they would call me in couple days. 5 months later not fixed. Said he put over 50 miles on it and couldn’t get it to act up. But put 1200$ of other parts in it. I picked car up and only 8 miles were put on it. Didn’t even make it a quarter mile and it acted up. Did it 17 times before I got it home at 43 mile drive. I wouldn’t recommend this guy for an oil change. He has more excuses and stories. When the parking lot got 50 dead cars should of been red flag. Josh is awesome. We've taken our VWs to him for various issues that had cropped up, and each time our cars have been fixed properly and the issues never re-occurred. Seeing as how he specializes in VW and Audi, I feel like we truly get dealership quality work at a fraction of the cost. We'll DEFINITELY be continuing our business with him whenever we need repairs. I've been seeing some negative reviews, and for what it's worth none of them reflect the service we receive. He's always been spot-on with correct diagnosis and repair, reasonable pricing, and some issues we've taken to him have been some pretty tricky ones to sort out.
