Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in West Middlesex

Worst Dairy Queen to ever serve hot food, correct that, some of my food was still warm after the 35 minutes we waited for our dine in meal. I got the 4pc glaced chicken basket, my gf got the 2 for $4 burger and queso fry. Her burger was cold by the time my meal was prepared, a whole onion in diced chunks were place on one bun. Frys over salted to the point of both our tongues burning, I added a white gravy for my fry and received a paste that was so thick, it wouldnt even stick to a fry when dipped. And the young workers, and nothing against being young and living it up, but when you have 3 girls talking about cute guys to the point yoy cant hear who you are dining with from across the table, there is a need for a management intervention to show atleast manners if nothing else. Been going to this Dairy Queen forever. Sure has gone down hill lately. If tonight were my first time I would never be going back. Place was dirty. Food and garbage all over kitchen floor. Hair stuck to sticky stuff on food counter. Puddle of red syrupy goo on floor by garbage can. 1/2 Plastic cup of strawberries that look like they had been sitting there for a long time by napkin holder. Guys in kitchen just standing and not cleaning. Place was not busy. Get the chunk of wood out of window and get it fixed. We were told they are waiting for warm weather to fix it. 71 degrees today. I stopped into WMS DQ for lunch last weekend. I had never been to this particular DQ before. In the midst of CoVid social distancing and mask wearing, I was very impressed with the set up. All precautions were taken, the restaurant was meticulously clean, all patron movement was designed to move in one direction, and the staff was very friendly. I told the manager I’d never ordered meals at DQs, just Ice cream, so I had a few questions. He was accommodating, patient and super friendly. I had an amazing burger♥️ and onion rings.
