Garlough Park Disc Golf Course — Attraction in West St. Paul

Beautiful wooded, hilly park setting for an easy'ish 9 hole DG course. Good course for beginners, and fun for all levels of players. Well kept grounds. Pretty easy to figure out the sequence. First hole is down a little path from the parking lot. Hole 1 is short, but it shoots uphill. After the first 3 holes, you walk down the path and across a little bridge that leads you to 4, 5 and 6. Then come back up the hill and to the right to 7 ( a fun downhill shot) left over to 8, then up to the right for 9 (another downhill shot) Park in the Garlough School lot. Disc golf park review:

Great little course if you're going for aces. A lot of very short holes, mostly a putter or midrange course with 1 or 2 drive shots.

Would recommend for beginners.

Course is just down the path from the elementary school parking lot on the garden side. Construction is all finished so the lot is wide open.

Don't know the rules of this course during the week, usually they don't allow people on at schools while in session...

Nice place to walk your dog and it's close to another park called Marthaler which all you have to do is cross Kraft Road and you should be able to find the trail that will lead you to Marthaler park. Many people come here to play Disc Golf and it seems that there is always a car in the parking lot. Also there is a playground for children to play on since this is near a elementary school.
