Kanawha County Parks & Rec — Attraction in West Virginia

My family rented a shelter for a family reunion recently. Unfortunately, when we arrived we discovered the outlets were not functioning. We were offered an upgrade to the clubhouse at no additional charge, but by that point we'd spent over an hour setting up and decorating, plus moving would have caused chaos with ppl on the way and unaware the event was relocated. I'll spare lengthy detail, but wanted to say the Executive Director, Mr. Hutchinson, ensured we were treated fairly and was incredibly professional and courteous despite our not agreeing on every specific detail surrounding the issue. My 3 sisters and I got together for a birthday lunch after work and went to Coonskin Park. The hill area was still open when we got there. About 15 minutes after arriving, Officer Mike Greathouse came and informed us that he was closing the hill. He told us that we still had some time if we wanted to move to a picnic area in the other part of the park. He even helped us put stuff in our car.
